While there are a lot of great tech companies around, none of them could compete with Arizona Technology Enterprises (ATE). This is not to say that ATE isn’t doing a good job, or that Ate isn’t doing an awesome job. In fact, ATE does a great job, but the one thing that most people love about ATE is the company’s focus on social media.
After all, you wouldn’t want to be an employee of a company that hasn’t got a good social media presence. In fact, one of my favorite quotes from the ATE employees is probably from a few years ago, when they were having fun at a company picnic.
It would seem that the company is not going to be happy to see people start talking about how great their work is, or how great their product is. They want to keep people talking about how awesome their product is, so they make it easy for employees to post about how awesome their product is. This is the company that made the joke about their “Facebook for your computer” and gave the joke a clickbait title.
The company’s website has been updated to include a new “Careers page” that is intended to help employees look for work and keep up on the latest news. It is also very clear that the company is not happy about the current state of their employees. They are very focused on making sure they have a good working environment, and are trying to get employees to become more productive.
The current state of their employees, however, is less about making sure they have a good working environment and more about keeping their employees in a state of constant fear. It is clear that this is something the Arizona tech giants are doing to try and make their employees less productive.
As a result the company recently announced it has replaced its entire staff with people who are not tech professionals. This is a big step in the right direction. It might be interesting to see how this strategy works out.
For a business or employee to be considered productive requires an ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and a willingness to do things that one wouldn’t normally do. It does not require any knowledge of technology or being a programmer. The reason is that the employees working on Arizona Technology Enterprises’ computer systems are being replaced by people who are not competent in the technology realm. This is a very big step in the right direction, but it doesn’t seem to have been fully tested.
According to an Arizona Technology Enterprises press release, “Arizona Technology Enterprises is the leading provider of software and services for technology companies across the state. Employees are being replaced by people who are not competent in the technology realm. The company did not find these people competent enough to replace them.” This is a bit of an overstatement since many employees are already incompetent in technology and a lot of these people arent being replaced.
What Arizona Technology Enterprises did was hire a contractor who not only failed to get the job done, but in fact, completely botched it (or at least did things wrong). The contractor was supposed to replace our IT department with a team of “consultants” who would consult with us, discuss options, and then come back in with a proposal to replace us. Instead the contractor just “interviewed” us, and then did nothing but talk.
Apparently the contractor is a former IT guy who has never worked in the field of IT. His background is a bit thin, but this guy is clearly a problem.
