The Austin Technology Incubator is a not-for-profit organization established to support and foster the growth of technology startups in the Austin area, especially in the areas of business innovation, enterprise technology, biotechnology, and information technology.

In that case, the incubator phase can be very much a blessing. Austin is a very tight-knit community, so it seems like everyone is working together towards the same goal, and that usually leads to a very successful outcome.
