I’ve been in the game for two main reasons now that I know what I’m doing.

Bedford Games recently gave us a preview of their upcoming game called “Puzzle of the Month”. Im happy to say that they have not only created a game that is easy to explain to new players, but that it also feels like a game “coming from a professional developer.
The game’s been in development for roughly a year and a half, so they’ve put a lot of thought into the game. I think people who have played the Bedford games know that they are often very detailed and the developers are well aware of how much work goes into it. For example, Im always told myself and my team that I would never make a game about a bed, but Bedford Studios has gone this extra step and created a bed game that you play.
Well, the people in Bedford have their own creative process, so they have a way of telling a story, but they also know how to use a lot of the tools that are common in video editing and games. They’ve also taken the opportunity to make something that is very different from what you might expect from a game.
The game is a platformer in which you play as a bed, and you need to take out the bed by destroying a piece of the bed, and then using your bed to get through obstacles. I mean, that sounds like a pretty simple concept, and I’m not saying it is. However, the way they have implemented their game mechanics is a bit more complex than you might expect.
