That’s a great point. I think it’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking that if you find someone who is interested in a particular area, then they’re good for that area. However, if you bring someone into an area for which you have no knowledge, they will most likely fail. In fact, I’ve known a number of people who have been brought into a company for which they had no qualifications.
You can do this in one fell swoop. Make your own decisions. Be a little careful. I have a few people who have had experiences in the past that I’ve found to be very helpful.
