Everyone who posts on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram is fighting the same fight. Fighting memes. Fighting memes! And they’re not just fighting some old tired battle that no longer needs to be fought, but rather are creating a new war and are fighting as a result of it.

I have been participating in a number of internet memes lately. The first one I posted was a short video in which I was fighting with a group of people. You’ll see that my arms were moving and this video was being played on loop at the time. There are many other memes I’ve made, but I would encourage everyone with these thoughts to watch the video and then write down why you’re not a part of this group of people.

In a recent post, I included a link to an article from a blog called “The Monkey.” The description of the meme reads that it is “a cartoon image of a monkey.” The image of the monkey was a picture of a monkey, but it turned out to be a meme with the monkey in it. It was a cute meme, but it still turned out to be a meme.

I’ve just had this conversation with a friend that I’ve been meaning to write about for a while now. I told him that I was a fan of his blog and asked him whether he read it regularly.

I’m not sure who is the winner of this debate. I’m leaning towards the winner: the person who most successfully takes down their internet meme, or at least creates a convincing counter-example.

What I’m about to describe is more akin to being on a reality TV show. You’re in the spotlight, you’re a celebrity, you’re the new addition to the family. Everything you do and say is like a public service announcement. You’re a celebrity online and are constantly being exposed to negative comments, snarky jokes, and people openly throwing around profanity.

Every meme has a point so it isn’t really all that hard to start to get smarter about how to defend yourself against memes. This is something that has been on my mind recently so I decided to talk about some of the things I learned in the past few months.

Some people are just not good at social media. Some people have a terrible time with all the memes, quotes, and other things that people post. For me, I just don’t get it. My biggest frustration is the fact that I can’t tell if everyone’s a good person without seeing them in person.

I think of memes as a little like writing a poem. The more you do, the more you get out of it. So, you have to keep practicing and writing it out every day. But then, when you get to the end, you realize there was a lot more than you expected.
