health information management technology an applied approach

as an avid reader, I’ve probably heard the term health information management technology before. An application of this technology is now available to millions of people. We have all heard about patients that have been able to manage their own health information and the hospitalness of a patient without the need for a complicated system that may be available at any time. Sometimes, I like to geek out on how to use a computer or other device in order to analyze large amounts of data and make my life on the internet easier. Anyways, I recently read an article about a company called Health Information Management System (HIMSS) that has implemented it’s application technology in a food production plant in China.
