how to play a game on one monitor and internet on the other

I am a huge fan of games. I use them to help my brain and my mind get over a long day of work, as well as a big hurdle of having to do homework. And I also find them useful, but I guess I am not one of those people that has a laptop and two monitors. My computer is a netbook and I only ever play on one screen.
