It is a department that has an open door policy. It has an open door policy for letting people in. It also has a policy that says that if you need to hire employees, you should not have to pay any of their wages.
That’s a pretty good HR policy. If anyone ever asks you, “how did you get the job,” the answer is going to be, “I was just having a meeting.” If someone is asking you how you were able to get the job, the answer is going to be, “I was just having a meeting.” I’m a happy HR manager.
