According to this theory, people are a group of people with a shared culture and value system which can be used to build up the whole. However, this theory is not universally accepted because it relies on a handful of principles that don’t seem to apply to all cultures.

In the present age of information and communications technology (ICT), the majority of major systems, events and events that occur in our lives are constantly dependent on a mechanism that is social construction of technology.
