There is one thing that I know about computers and the internet, it’s that all of us have done something to deserve a computer. It’s become a virtual world of its own, but it’s still not too fractured by what we had on paper before. I like to think back on some of the first times I logged onto the internet, where everything was like The Sims, and would just sit there waiting for a new update. The first web browser was Netscape Navigator 2.0 and there were even social networks back then. It was this experience that led me to start writing blogs in the early 90s (how cool is that!).
This is a pretty amazing blog. If you’re not aware of it, spread of technology is what has been described as the “Internet of Things”. It’s basically all the various sensors attached to things that we use every day and know is hooked up to something in our house or workplace. Well, now you can get a hands-on experience by taking a close look at these smart things! Google Fitband lets you see the weight on your wrist without having to move your arm. The idea behind this is that it gives you a real-time view of how much weight you are carrying so you can decide how much to wear based off that.
Spread of technology. In a previous post, I talked about how we are now gradually replacing our parents and grandparents with technology. In this post, I am going to talk about some of the advantages of that technology and the problem it can cause. Technologies like media streaming have made information in games accessible to so many more people and also allows for quick communication over the internet. This allows us to interact with our friends more easily which is beneficial from both a consumer’s perspective as well as an educational perspective on the platform. It has also made it easier for corporations to pass information about their technologies (like smartphones or tablets) around their workforce so that they can manage their production resources more efficiently.
Spread of technology. Not sure if you’ve heard this term before, but the phrase spreads technology is just as big as the words spread popcorn or spread ice. Spread technology is when we take something and turn it into a living, breathing presence in our world. The internet has made it possible for us to communicate with people all over the world through social media, such as Facebook and Twitter. By using these platforms to communicate, they can give us more information that we didn’t have before. It’s great if you’ve got something nice to say, but sometimes you want to share pictures with friends or post videos on YouTube instead of Facebook. You can do that by posting on social media like Instagram or Snapchat.
The world of Internet has come a long way since the days when we had to walk all over the street picking up a newspaper or posting a virtual message on social media. With every new innovation comes an associated conundrum and with internet being one of them, I think it’s high time that we start wondering how all these technologies affect society, not just in our daily lives, but also in the realms of technology itself.
I want to tell you about a place where people are creating new things. Smart technology. These gadgets in different areas of the world are: AI, wearable computing, and internet of things. What makes this story different is that these technologies are not only executed by people but by companies too. It’s going to change everything in this country as we move towards a digital age, with smart technology at every part of our lives. These projects also have a huge impact on where technology is going in terms of design and quality.
