Although it’s probably overstating things, it’s not exactly accurate to say that the internet has made life easier for everyone. Not because we can do more with our computers, but because we have made it more difficult to do so.
Nowadays, you can send an email to your computer and the company that owns that email will look at it within seconds and send it to someone you know (or at least someone that you know) all in one shot. This is what is known as “click-through-rate”. Google and Facebook are already in the process of doing this for their online ads, and it’s only getting more widespread in the coming months.
The average click-through rate for a typical Google ad was 30% in 2006. Today it’s almost double that, and even though they are still a very small company, the number of clicks is growing dramatically. Google even launched a new paid search advertising program last week in the U.S. that allows companies to pay $1 for every click on their ads. So basically if you click on a Google ad for $1 you could get 10,000 clicks.
Google is also making it even easier for companies to get their ads into the search engine results. The company announced an update to its AdWords program that allows companies to pay for search results, and since they are no longer required to bid for specific keywords, companies can pay $0.30 for every click. There are also a bunch of new ways for companies to make money with their ads.
Google is trying to keep ads in the search results, and the company has also updated their AdWords ad bidding to make it easier for companies to make money from their ads. However, the main thing that they’re doing is making it more difficult for companies to get their ads there. The good news for companies is that some of these changes only apply to companies with a revenue of under $500,000 a year.

Our main character in the game, Colt Vahn, is an amnesiac who can’t remember his past. That would be the main issue, but there are two. First, it would make sense to have us go through a time loop of sorts. We’re in a time loop, so we’ll go back in time and try to kill off the Visionaries and change our characters to be like them. It would be a lot easier if we just had a time loop of our own.
