Today I’m sharing with you three tips for getting the most out of your tech refresh plan.

When you first start a new tech refresh project, you should spend a good two weeks trying to build all the things you need the most. Take all your time you need for this project and then put it away for the next two weeks.

I’m not saying you have to keep your tech refresh project book on your desk, but that it’s a good idea to build it up gradually. I like to build a tech refresh plan every week or so and then keep all the notes in it for the next three weeks.

If you start a new tech refresh project you should spend a good two weeks building it up and then put it away for the next two weeks. Im not saying you shouldn’t throw away all your tech refresh plans before the end of the first year, but you should be sure to keep them handy in case you’re doing some work on every tech refresh project.

Technically, you should be able to put away your tech refresh plan after the first two weeks, but I’d rather not have to keep an unfinished project lying around if I don’t have to. It just doesn’t seem right if I’m in the middle of working on an important project and I have to keep track of everything I’ve done in the last week.

I feel the same way. It seems like every tech refresh project I work on is a little unfinished. I feel like I should be able to just put it away for the first two weeks, but I know it will take longer to finish it than it seems. I think maybe there should be a few things in the plan that say, “You have 30 days to finish this.

I hate to tell you this, but your project is definitely not a tech refresh project. It’s a project because you need to finish it. I agree that it may take longer than you expect, but it’s important to get to the end of it. If you can’t put it away for two weeks, you should ask yourself if you can put it away for three weeks… or however long it takes to finish.

You know what I like? I like those things that can be done in a hurry. The stuff that could be done while watching the Super Bowl. The stuff that gets done when you have the time.

The tech refresh project is an ideal candidate for the “it’s done but how long can we do it in?” problem. I don’t know that there’s anyone in the world who can finish it in under a week. The idea is that you work on it for a week and then if you feel it’s good enough, you can spend another week or two putting it to the test.
