Pay attention to yourself. This is crucial, because we all forget to pay attention to ourselves at times. By practicing what we’ve been taught, we learn how to pay attention to ourselves.
Most people focus on what they do with a lot of energy, but its actually a lot harder to pay attention to what you’re accomplishing than you think. When you’re trying to do something, you’ll be working against yourself; you’ll have to put yourself in a position where you have to stop, take a break, and think. If you don’t put yourself in this position, you might not even realize you should be doing it.

The last time I had anything to do with mathematics was back on the floor of the building and told me that I needed to get the math done before my elevator door opened.
When I was at the high school, I had to take a class in mathematics science because I didn’t have a solid understanding of math. At that time, I was a pretty good student, but I eventually didn’t know how to help myself. If I didn’t like math then I couldn’t teach it. After a while I started to fall in love and fell in love with math. After about five years of learning math, I finally understood how math works.
My own personal story is a bit more complex than that because I dropped out of college, went back to school, and eventually got a job that required me to learn how to do math. And yes, I learned it and I am still an expert at it.
I’m not sure what makes you think that math is so hard, but I know from personal experience that many people struggle in math. I know of at least one math professor who said that if she had to do it all over again she would not get anywhere near as far as she did. To make matters worse, she did not have a math background.
While the math problem above may not seem like it’s that difficult, it is. If you have a good grasp of number theory, you can do a lot of math and still need to understand it. This is because you do not have the luxury of knowing all the rules and concepts behind the math. If you do, then you have to figure out how to apply them to the new problem.
A lot of math problems are like this. First you have to get a grasp on how to apply concept A to concept B. Then you have to figure out how to apply concept B to concept C. This is why some math problems can be so difficult. For example, the above problem is actually a good example of a “mathematical” problem. It’s a good problem for someone who has experience with algebra and calculus.
