In the future, we will be able to use genomic information and build the foresight that our genes directly influence one’s health. I would like to personally introduce you to one of my favorite people who makes this possible. My name is Dr. Paul Coughlan, and I am a partner with ExomeGenomics, a company that builds and manufactures a series of not only genetic tests but also DNA codes for all sorts of external genes as well as genes inside each cell. We’re also building technology to analyze DNA from blood samples without needles or requiring any kind of invasive procedures . . . It’s called transposable elements (TEs).
