But before you start to get discouraged by the fact that you need a new workout routine, you should know that this gym exercise is a great low-impact cardiovascular workout. I was surprised to find out that Road Warrior actually works. Road Warrior is a fitness video game developed by the same folks who made Fight Club. The goal of the game is to finish all three rounds using the exact same movements. The game includes multiple workouts, so you can either use the same workout more than once or switch it up between exercises. In this case, the workouts are divided into two categories: upper body and lower body.
