This is a recipe that I like to keep in the fridge or freezer for an impromptu treat. This stuffed banana is super versatile, you can make it in smaller or larger chunks, use in place of a sandwich spread, or eat it straight from the freezer.

But if you’ve eaten bananas since childhood, you might remember that these things are high in fat, and you would certainly want to avoid them, because you know they’re high in fat.
We all know that bananas are extremely high in fat, so it just makes sense that if youve eaten a banana since childhood, you might not like them. But you could easily be eating bananas now because youve been doing so for awhile. And you might even have an old friend who makes really good banana sandwiches.
