In fact, being distracted for the majority of the day is actually kind of normal.
According to the latest data from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, distracted driving is the fourth leading cause of fatal accidents, while the second leading cause is sleep deprivation. While we’re not sure if it’s safe to say that sleep deprivation is an epidemic or not, it doesn’t seem to be getting much more attention than it used to. It’s not that sleep deprivation is bad, just that we’ve been taught to ignore it.
The problem is that sleep deprivation is something we are taught to ignore. So just as the CDC found that distracted driving is the fourth leading cause of fatal accidents, I’m going to find that sleep deprivation is the fourth leading cause of deaths. That’s right, we’re going to find that sleep deprivation is the number one cause of death in the United States.

And yet we’re all so busy trying to ignore these stats that we don’t even notice that sleep deprivation is the fourth leading cause of deaths. And that’s just one of many stats that are all over the news these days. Apparently, sleep deprivation is the second leading cause of deaths in America.
This is a problem that’s just going to go on and on and on. Not only does sleep deprivation kill more people than car accidents and airplane crashes combined, but it’s also just going to get worse. This isn’t just because of the fact that it is a huge problem in the United States, but because the people that are working to get people to sleep are the ones that are going to be the ones that die from it.
The problem is that there are thousands of people now out there that are working to combat the problem, but as it turns out, it isnt just the sleep deprived people, but also the people that are in the habit of drinking alcohol. Not alcohol, but sleep deprivation.
It isnt just sleep deprivation, but sleep depravation. And it isnt just going to happen in the United States either. The UK is now looking at similar sleep deprivation and sleep depravation as a problem.
The idea is that the dream-the-waking-dreams-and-the-waking-disruption-is-all right there. It’s just a way of showing that you are not going to be left behind. In the end, it IS not the problem or you are never going to be able to find a solution, but you are no longer in control of your self-esteem.
I can’t imagine anyone who hasn’t had this happen to them, at least once. You are not in control, and you are not getting any better at it. So you are not going to be able to find a solution. You’re just going to be stuck in this sleep depravation loop that you are in, and you will continue to be stuck there.
